4th-8th Grade Spring 2026 Season Program

Program Cost and Inclusions:

• The Spring 2026 season cost is $850 and includes the following:

  • Athlete fees for 2 local ICA competitions and 1 travel ARC (American Recreational Cheer) competition

    *** required to pay nominal additional fees for the travel event ***

  • 1 practice shirt

  • 1 practice bow

  • 1 competition bow

  • 2 day a week practice at indoor gym on full cheer mats

  • Routine music  

  • Professional skills camp

• Additional mandatory costs:

  • Uniform (if needed) $400

  • White cheer shoes of choice

  • All travel fees associated with the ARC event, including, but not limited to: hotel expenses, flights or driving expenses, food, etc.

  • $50 per family participation fee (returned if hours are completed)

  • $50 per family mandatory fundraiser fee

• Payment plans will be available.  After the $100 deposit is paid, the program balance due will be $750.00.

Program Dates/Timeline:

• Practices Begin:  week of December 1, 2025 (1-2 days/week depending on coach request)

• Winter Break (no practices held): December 21, 2025 through January 3, 2026

• 2 Day a Week Practices Begin:  Week of January 4, 2026

• February 22, 2026 - Deuces Wild competition (local location TBD)

• March 8, 2026 - Chicago Nationals competition (NIU - DeKalb, IL)

• March 21-22, 2026 - Grand Slam competition (F&M Bank Arena - Clarksville, TN)

• PCA Season Showcase - Date TBD

Attendance Policy:

• Athletes are allowed 2 absences during the Spring season - any absence beyond 2 will result in removal from the team unless approved by the Board

• Athletes must be able to attend all 3 competition dates - no exceptions

• Due to the short nature of the Spring season and early competition dates, Coaches reserve the right to call mandatory weekend practices for the benefit of the team
