Athlete will be placed on one of our gem teams based on grade.
Must Bring a Report Card to Uniform Fittings to Verify Grade *

Each Team has their own max athlete count and when reached a Wait list will be enacted per Team. A Wait list does not secure your spot on the team, and only applies in order of received if a cancellation occurs and  subsequent spot opens up.

Cheer Program Costs: 

  • $915 Registration (Uniform Costs Included)

  • $155 IRCA State Fee
    • Due at a later date, TBA, and NOT part of Registration payments
  • $150 Volunteer Post Dated Check per Family- To only be cashed at end of season if you did not fulfill Volunteer hours
    • Due at Uniform Fitting and NOT part of Registration payments
  • $25 For Athlete Gift - To be used for competition & state gifts
    • Due to Team Mom July 20th and NOT part of registration payments
  • NEW THIS YEAR - $50 Sibling Discount! - This will be reduced on the last payment.
  • $50 Mandatory Fundraiser Fee per Family due September 1st - NOT included in Registration Cost

FOR GRADES K-5TH - After April 10th Registration price goes up $50 to be added on the initial registration payment.  After May 1st the registration price goes up $100 and will be added on the initial registration fee.

1-8th Payment Plan ($915) - Payment plan can ONLY be done online via credit card!

All Athletes have the opportunity to raise money through Sponsorships and Fundraising to offset costs of the program through our Cheer for Free Program.  Check it out!

Dates of Program:  Starts week of August 2, 2021 through November. Should the team earn their State Bid during one of the 3 qualifying IRCA competitions, they will compete at State competition, which is typically scheduled for the first weekend in December 2021.   That means teams could potentially be practicing until December.

PRACTICE DAYS FOR TEAMS:

1/2nd: Monday/Wednesday 5-7pm
3rd: Monday/Wednesday 5-7pm
4th: Tuesday/Thursday 5-7pm
5th: Tuesday/Thursday 7-9pm

MANDATORY Additional Dates:

Uniform and Practice Wear Fittings: May 1, 2021 at the MegaPlex in Homer Glen 9am-3pm. 

Competitions: In order to participate within the PCA Organization, you must be able to attend ALL competitions. The 3 IRCA qualifying Competitions will be announced in June 2021. IRCA State is tentatively scheduled for the first weekend in Dec 2021.

Choreography:  All Dates are mandatory for all athletes.  Each day has an hour lunch break.

Season Showcase: Tentatively set for a Saturday in October TBD. Family and friends are encouraged to attend this special event in the season, where all athletes will be recognized!

Giving Back:   PCA is a charitable organization and will require its athletes to participate in at least two (2) full team events for our Community Outreach Program and we encourage more.  More details will be made available about this charitable side of cheer during each season!
